Madrid, Spain
– This spring, University President John DiBiaggio was in Madrid
to address the University's international overseers, visit with
Tufts alums and talk to the media about Tufts' 15-years of collaboration
with Spanish medical and nutrition researchers.
In
addition, the President visited La Universidad Autonoma to thank
Joan and Angel Berenguer for directing the popular and successful
Tufts In Spain program for the last two decades.This
year, the Tufts In London program also had a milestone anniversary.
The international program at University College London celebrated
its 10th anniversary in the spring.
The
University has eight other international study abroad programs across
four continents. Most recently, Tufts began two programs in Japan,
one in Chile and one in Ghana, supporting its older programs in
France, Germany, Russia, London and Spain.
