Medford/Somerville, Mass. – Thirteen student-athletes at Tufts University were recently named to the 1999-2000 Winter Academic All-New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Teams. All of Tufts' athletes were sophomores, juniors and seniors with grade point averages of 3.2 or higher and have made significant contributions to their team.

Among the athletes are:

Women's Basketball: Molly Baker and Shira Fishman
Ice Hockey: Drew Carleton and Scott Sullivan
Men's Swimming/Diving: Jack Levner and Nic Anderson
Women's Swimming/Diving: Lisa Bologna and Lisa Vernoy
Men's Squash: Omar Malik
Women's Squash: Zaina Al-Awadi and Anne Montesano
