Dozens of State Police Dogs Come to Tufts for Annual Check-ups

No. Grafton, Mass. – Nearly three dozen state police dogs recently made the trip to Tufts’ veterinary school in North Grafton for their annual vaccinations and exams. The check-ups marked the sixth straight year that Tufts has offered free medical services for all state patrol dogs trained in police, arson and bomb detection work.

In addition, the hospital also provides year-round emergency and dental care for all of the canine units and state patrol horses.
