No. Grafton, Mass. – Tufts Universities’ Wildlife Clinic recently won a public policy and environmental victory in its battle to ban the use of lead fishing gear. Director Mark Pokras has spent 11 years studying the deadly effects of lead gear and his research helped convince New Hampshire to become the first state in the nation to outlaw lead tackle.
