Medford/Somerville, Mass. – Congratulations to the Tufts University men’s basketball team, that for the first time in seventeen years, was crowned the 2000 ECAC New England Division III Men’s Champions. The Jumbos capped off a stunning season, which included four overtime victories and the most wins in the 12 years coach Bob Sheldon has led the team, by beating out 63 teams for top honors in the ECAC tournament.
